This is Cowperthwaite Mehta's audit of: the statement of financial position of Children's Mental Health Ontario as at June 30, 2007; and the statements of operations and net assets and cash flows for the year then ended. They conducted their audit in accordance with Canadian generally accepted auditing standards. In their opinion, CMHO's financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the organization as at June 30, 2007 and the results of its operations and its cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with Canadian generally accepted accounting principles (Cowperthwaite Mehta, Chartered Accountants, Licensed Public Accountants, Aug 2, 2007).
