If you are concerned about your mental health, or that of a friend or family member, here are some ways for you to connect with services in Ontario. We recommend that you visit several of these directories to get a more complete picture of services available.

• CMHO's 'Find a Children's Mental Health (CMH) Centre Near You' Directory

  This directory contains information about 89 Accredited Children's Mental Health Centres across the province; each of which has trained professionals who provide support to families, and treatment to young people with mental health problems.

  Search the Branch Services database for programs for children and youth offered by CMHA branches in Ontario.

• The Support and Self-Help Groups Directory
  (www.onthepoint.ca/SupportGroupsDirectory/)
  This directory was initiated by The Provincial Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health at CHEO. The Centre offers this directory as a resource for children, youth and their parent/caregivers who are looking for information on support and self-help groups in Ontario communities.

  This non-profit initiative provides information about mental health services and resources to Canadians of all ages.

• Mentalhealth4kids.ca: Child and Youth Mental Health Services and Support Directory

  This website provides information on programs and services in Elgin, London/Middlesex and Oxford Counties related to children and youth mental health.
