If you are concerned about your mental health, or that of a friend or family member, here are some ways for you to connect with services in Ontario. We recommend that you visit several of these directories to get a more complete picture of services available.

    This directory contains information about 89 Accredited Children's Mental Health Centres across the province; each of which has trained professionals who provide support to families, and treatment to young people with mental health problems.
